Cyano‐mediated interaction of the alternating high‐spin MnII centers and low‐spin RuIII centers in {Mn[Ru(acac)2(CN)2]2}n (Hacac=acetylacetone) results in long‐range ferromagnetic ordering below 3.6 K. This novel MnIIRuIII coordination polymer, which has a diamond‐like structure (see picture), was constructed from [Ru(acac)2(CN)2]− and Mn2+ ions.
